Mike assisted us in buying a house in Las Vegas while we were living in California. He was very patient, as we were very picky and wanted a specific house. It took eight months and that's where Mike's patience was an asset.
He made our purchase very easy and was able to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend him to our friends and family.

Working with Mike, I was able to accept an offer above list price on my home 4 days after listing. At the same time, he was able to get an offer accepted well below list price on my new home. I was supposed to stay in a hotel for 5 days during the transition from closing on selling my home and closing on my buying my new home, but he negotiated me staying in my current residence free of charge for a week after close saving me close to $1000. Selling a home is stressful. Buying a home is stressful. I should have been stressed out of my mind doing both at the same time, but he made the process as smooth as I could have hoped. He was in constant communication with me during the whole process, and I couldn't be happier with his service.
